Our 11:00 a.m. Sunday worship service is broadcast live on KATE radio, 1450 AM in Albert Lea. Tune in! We also make weather related announcements via KATE radio (cancellations, etc.).
Peace & Power is a Television Ministry of First Lutheran Church, Albert Lea, MN and a wonderful partnership with KAAL TV 6. Our 8:00 Sunday worship services are videotaped by our ABC affiliate and broadcasted at 10:00 a.m. on channel 6 or cable 13. These broadcasts are intended to provide provide traditional Lutheran Worship for viewers at home, care centers, and hospitals all over southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. We recently celebrated 30 years of broadcasting history. We hope to be able to update and improve the production of the program in the near future. The need for newer equipment for HDTV and close captioning requirements will change our broadcasting needs very soon. Please keep this in your prayers and giving. First Lutheran Church now offers Electronic Giving for those of you who wish to have your contributions transferred electronically to the church's account.
